Bursary Application Form
ELLA is committed to improving access to courses for members with financial limitations. A limited number of individuals will be eligible for a 50% reduction in registration fees only for 2, 3 or 4 courses (except for art instruction courses where there is limited space). Interested individuals must meet one of the following requirements:
- Receipt of Alberta Seniors Benefit (65 and over)
- AISH and Income Supports (under 65)
- Subsidized Community Housing as administered by the Government of Alberta, or
- Subsidized Edmonton Transit Pass for the current year.
